AFTER

Will we ever meet again?

After I depart from
One in a million worlds
Spread out amongst this universe. 

Swallowed by our shadows
Shall we rise from our ashes?
On a world, where we unite
By a sea where stars collide. 

Oh the night dance
In front of our eyes
As dreams flash past our minds
Old and bitter, like a wine. 

Shall I wait by the street
Chasing leaves from the autumn trees?
On a land where you shall seek
Our world from a summer dream. 

RISE AND FALL. 

It was you who left at night
Whilst I swam in your sorrows.
In the pit of memories,
Find me, in the shallows. 

A devil in disguise is what they saw
But you the warrior in my thoughts.
'The city of angels' was my dream,
Yet, I bid it my farewell, for our hopes. 

Our love, just writings on a wall
Soon to be faded, by time's trance. 
Yet, the memories dance in the night
In a place we met, for the first time. 

FADED

Amidst the woods, I lived
A gentle life of peace.
The rustle of the leaves
Was my wave of good noise. 

Sparkled in the night
The lonely stars in the height
Each for a life,
And one was my love. 

The moon shied away,
As the sun sang 'Agape'.
"Soon shall we meet,"
Were the words, that hung. 

And the words hung still,
Soon to be born.
The reincarnation of the Universe
And yet, my love stayed. 
Faded.
